What does that mean?
Volume, achieved by structural volumizing. As we age the face elongates and we lose volume, specifically in the cheekbone area and the jawline becomes saggy in appearance and is very aging.
What is involved?
The Y LIFT treats areas of lost volume on the face, specifically the cheekbones and jawline, and rebuilds these problem areas from the lowest area in the face. The doctor inserts a tiny needle under the skin, through the dermis, through the muscle. Then, she inserts filler into the area between the muscle and the bone, creating more space. A reaction at the cellular level encourages the growth of collagen. After the procedure, the doctor massages the face so the results are optimized.
