A Thread Lift polydioxanone (PDO) thread lift is a procedure that uses a dissolvable suture to tighten and lift the skin. Watch Dr. Nangrani perform the (PDO) Threadlift. Threads are made of the same material as medical sutures developed for heart surgery, PDO threads are absorbable and create a scaffolding-like structure that stimulates the production of collagen and the new structure remains when the scaffolding absorbs and will hold for 12-15 months.
How do NOVA threads work?
A beautiful and healthy face has a “V-shape”. As we age, this “V-shape” diminishes or inverts. Novathreads create a frame to support the tissues and keep them in the “V-shape”. Novathreads are especially effective in the neck and jawline. This area is more challenging to treat effectively with Botox or fillers.
