How To Reduce Lines And Wrinkles On Your Face
It could start out as a single line on your face. You see it on the mirror and think that it is no cause of worry. But as you get older, the more these lines and wrinkles appear on your face. Though aging is inevitable, there are things you can do to take better care of your skin and reduce the appearance of these signs of aging.
- Stay hydrated. Water is good for you, even for your skin. Make sure you stay hydrated with water, coconut water and even green tea, which is full of anti-oxidants.
- Eat lots of food full with antioxidants. Antioxidants are your skin’s best friend. Make sure you stock up on food that are rich in it such as blueberries, spinach, kale, walnuts, artichokes, beans and kiwis.
- Use sunscreen. When the skin is exposed to years under the sun, it becomes dark, dry and wrinkly. Keep sunscreen with you and remember to put it on your skin before you go out into the sun.
