First check: what do you need? Worry lines don’t take filler, they take relaxing with Botox or Dysport or Jeuveau.

Are they tiny or larger wrinkles? Do you need lots more replacement volume or specifically lip enhancement?

Do your sagging skin and jowls need more volume, or should the doctor reposition your cheek skin? The Y LIFT uses a special placement of fillers to counteract sagging skin and jowls. Injectable fillers can reduce deep folds and smile lines.

The best fillers for indented scars, especially from acne, can be the longer-lasting fillers like Bellafill and Radiesse. Bellafill contains PMMA microspheres, and Radiesse contains calcium-based microspheres. Both are eventually absorbed, and both encourage your own body to make new collagen. Bellafill lasts five years or more before you need to renew it, and Radiesse’s natural-looking result should last up to a year or more.
