Does this surgery work?
Yes, it does. It redistributes existing, healthy hair to thinning areas. But hair transplant does not stop hair loss, and progressive hair loss may require additional transplants.
How long will it take to grow?
New growth will begin three to four months after your procedure. Your transplant will be fully grown approximately 9 months after the procedure. As a result, it will continue to grow normally and will look healthy and natural.
Is the procedure painful?
Not at all. Many patients watch a movie or take a nap during the procedure. Any discomfort they feel afterward is usually very temporary and nearly always minimal. Because NeoGraft Process implants single hair follicles, it leaves no large scar or blank area in the donor area.
